My sister in-law accidently requested to have her car shipped to Washington D.C. instead of Seattle, Washington. The car carrier shipped it to Washington D.C. Doesn't she have the right to ask for a full refund? I believe that it was the car shipping company's full responsibility. In a way, it was their fault. They should have asked her in advance ...Ma’am, when you say 'Washington' do you mean Washington state or the 'White House Washington'?

This is why it is so important to give the correct information to your car shipping company prior to picking up your vehicle. It is not the car carrier's responsibility in this particular case. That's like someone placing an order for Moscow, Pennsylvania and the car carrier asking whether or not this is domestic or international car shipping. In this case, a car shipping company has the right not to issue a refund. I wouldn't.

Not the responsibility of the carrier vehicle in this particular case. This is like a system of Moscow, Pennsylvania and the carrier vehicle.
