It depends on what your goals are. If you’re trying to save money, a broker can usually get you a better deal, as they will shop around for you and find you the best transporter for your budget. However, when you sign a contract through a broker, you may suffer a stiff reduction on your warranty with the shipping company, as they take a percentage off the deal. So make sure you read the fine print and see what you’re getting for your money, and then compare it to what you would get if you did the whole process on your own.
