There's no such thing as “too early” when scheduling a pickup. If you already know where you're going and when do you want the car to get there, you can schedule the pickup as early as a month before. Waiting too long can cost you dearly, as it takes about a week (but sometimes up to 14 days) for a company to find space in a truck going to your destination. If you live in a remote area, you should also factor in additional time for a truck to reach you for the actual pickup of the vehicle.
