Were you aware that your pick up window can determine your price and can even lower the price? Auto transporters usually have a variety of times of picking up and delivering the car. Depending on which pick up timeframe you select, you may see your vehicle in fourteen days or even as long as five weeks. If you select a five-week pick up timeframe, then it will be at a discounted shipping rate.

There are many companies that offer very competitive rates that you may be able to even negotiate a discounted price for shipping your car.  So, if you are choosing a cheaper auto transport company, make sure to they are licensed and bonded.  If they are, they should have no problem providing you with appropriate insurance requirements. Your cheap auto company selection may turn out to cost you more in the event that there is a theft or damage.

If you decide to choose a terminal-to-terminal type of auto transport service, you will get a lower rate. If you add any special request, then the cost will more than likely increase. If you do not receive your car in the set time of arrival, then you may actually be entitled to receive a reimbursement.

Choosing an auto transport company not only saved me time, fuel and money, but they also protected my car against damage and theft  Most cars ship on open car carrier trucks.  Since I have a luxury vehicle mine was shipped in a closed, climate controlled truck for maximum protection. I was able to get a quote right away by contacting the company through their Web site's customer user form.
