This depends entirely on the company. Some do offer GPS tracking. You won't be able to get in touch with the driver and the company itself won't be able to answer questions regarding the location of your car, but you can least follow the truck's route through the GPS locator. If this is something you want, make sure you inquiry whether the service is available in advance. Do keep in mind it may cost you extra.
