Hi there, 2xWeeks ago my sister booked her car transport with luxautotransport.com, they promised her to locate a driver with in 5 days, and if they cant find a driver the transportation is on them Huh so she got excited and paid them with personal check(bad mistake),  and now almost 2 weeks have past with  no news from them they don’t even answer there phone calls or return messages, so I just wanted to know if anybody dealt with this company.

I never heard of them but there website says 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Maybe they have something in the documents that your sister signed stating something regarding refunds and such. You can always place a complaint at better business bureau.
