I use a car cover to protect my car since I don't have a garage or car port. I don't want my car to get scratched during transit. Can I keep my car cover on during shipping?

No, all accessories must be removed from your car prior to shipping, even car covers.  If you are concerned about protecting your car from scratches and nicks, you should strongly consider an enclosed carrier.  An enclosed carrier will protect your car during shipping.
